During an interview last week on The Fernando Espuelas Show, Alexandra Franceschi, Specialty Media Press Secretary of the Republican National Committee, said that the Republican party’s economic platform in 2012 is going to be the same as it was during the Bush years, “just updated”

Republican Spokeswoman Says Their Economic Platform Is Bush's, "Just Updated": Bush 2.0

Do Republicans really feel that the Bush economic policies were so "successful"? If not, what is it they would do different? Besides "finish the job".

they will avoid saying that in the future.

They wont change from Bush policy they will just claim its not Bush policy

Any of you wanna' start a new thread about how different Obama is from Bush?

More Wars
More Money Debasement
Increase Police State
Bigger Debt
Banker Controlled Gov't
Patriot Act still being renewed, year after year.

You guys should love them both equally. Unless you're just fooled by the Party Affiliation?

Suckers!

More wars? Which wars are those?

Increase police state? Sounds like the Republican Social Agenda.

Bigger debt? We know what Bush spent money on. Wars, tax cuts for billionaires, drugs for votes bill, no bid contracts and so on. Not a damn thing that would help the American Middle Class. What did Obama spend money on?

Banker controlled government? JP Morgan just lost 2 billion. Could be the tip of the iceberg. Republicans refuse to regulate to prevent this nonsense which is what Democrats have tried to do.

Well, the evidence points to "finish the job" they started under Bush. Who needs al Qaeda?

Well Romney wants to cut taxes for the rich even more and raise taxes for the poor; he also wants to eliminate medicare

More tax cuts for the 1% and increased tax on the middle class. Cuts in SS and Medicare ... screw the middle class.
More tax cuts that won’t ‘create jobs,’ rather, they’ll be used to maximize corporate profits, corporations will continue to be slow to hire, send jobs overseas, or cut jobs altogether to further improve earnings.
