Do you know how controversial public education mandates were? The idea that the evil government was taking your child from working in the field and forcing him to attend school?

Government can stop you from throwing garbage in the middle of the streets because it is public property but it can't stop you from throwing within your own property and yes the government can force you to wear cloths in public but only because I don't want to look at other naked people.
