What will become of the Republican Party?

The GOP is definitely in a corner over the need to have broad support and the insistence that the tent be made smaller and more exclusive by purging those with less than pure ideology. The convention this year is where the decision will be made to become the tea party's bitch. I feel that with an Obama reelection that by 2014 they will be pushing for some pretty incredible actions such as secession and militarized mass deportations. They have never taken a loss as anything other than a signal to double down on the paranoia.

It isn't a "takeover by the far right" (whatever that is) that will kill the GOP.

It's demographics.

The GOP is the party of white people. Democrats love to point that out, ignoring the fact that they could probably use some white people themselves to be a force. Republicans love to ignore that fact, preferring to insist that it's all about "gun rights" or "the right to life" or "taxes and regulation." Such bullshit. Name me one "regulation" that's such a darn impediment to your life. It's not "regulations" you hate, it's walking in to a 7-11 with crotch-grabbing Hispanic illegals in the parking lot, turban-wearing stinkos behind the counter and fat black welfare mammies in the aisles.

Anyway.

America is becoming less white, and the non-whites vote Democratic. That's just a fact. Asians, Hispanics, blacks, Jews, you name it -- they vote Democratic in a way that's not going to change. Karl Rove is wrong. Illegal aliens are not going to credit Republicans with giving them amnesty and sign up for our fundraisers. And all the Jewish money fed to Republicans... won't change the picture that much.

BUT, there are places that aren't going to go non-white for quite some time, even say, 75 years from now when whites are the definite minority. Towns, counties, Congressional districts... inside the country, flyover territory, those places. They may still hang on to Republicans, who knows.

What we could see is that nationally, the GOP DIES. Locally, it hangs on. So we'll have two one-party rules: Democrats nationally, the GOP locally. And that may trigger some ACTUAL fighting between national and local, I don't know.

Sam Francis once quipped that "for the white race to survive, the Republican party has to die." I think what he meant by that was, whites see the GOP as their hope. But it's a false hope, because it's not explicitly racial. Whites need to drop the notion that "conservatism" will save them, because it won't. Only an open white nationalism will.

Another question might be, "What will become of the Democrats?" Because it's all well and good to rally around hating whitey, but once he's out of the way, you'll turn on each other. Jews will face down blacks. Hispanics will demand more power. Etc. The gooey white liberals in the Democratic party might just get too uncomfortable with the anti-white sentiment and shuffle off. Or try regaining power from the inside?

Bottom line prediction is that the two-party system will become increasingly racially polarized. The GOP will be the white party, and the Democrats will be the anything-but-white party.

Republican party is 90%+/- white BUT as Joyce pointed out, they are beholden to the moneyed-interests on Wall St (banks, insurance, big pharma, etc...) In the end they will choose $ as their support behind Citizens United and Newt's insistence that $=speech no matter what the source.
