I feel as though an article such as this should be pointed at black since they are more racist than whites.

Seems like a good old boys thing. No blacks allowed. This is why every company that's wants corporate government tax breaks should have to show they have 10% minorities working there. You dont have to hire but then you dont get the breaks.

Sure I would love to tell these know it all whites what's up but the honest truth half of me agrees with them. We all know that individually blacks are no different than whites but collectively black culture is messed up. I at least understand it isnt all their doing but for example, no white person makes a poor black lady have multiple kids when she has no husband.

And you never have to worry about a white guy suing you because you fired him. Jews women and blacks are a different story.

And I dont think any business leader should have to hire anyone they dont want to hire. But I dont think a company that isnt diverse should get to take advantage of tax breaks either. We should encourage diversity not force it.

I've worked for worse companies and they hired black people. They also had very high turn over. The place I work now has very low turnover. They pay well too.

And anytime I've tried to stick up for blacks on usmb it dare tell them they are wrong about anything, they say liberals whites are even more racist.

So I'm not going to quit a job for black people. When they start showing up to vote, start turning in the criminals in their neighborhoods, stop being the worst employees and stop having so many baby mamas and kids they dont raise I'll start defending them.

When you have a particular segment of people that disproportionately commit more crimes, isn't it logical that these people would be viewed with suspicion?

Crime is closely linked to poverty. Because a higher percentage of blacks live in poverty, a higher percentage of blacks commit crimes. Remove the poverty and the crime issue goes away. This goes for poor white areas, as well.
