670 Ballots Were Cast in Georgia Precinct with 270 Registered Voters

Fake news! Fake news! So screams the Left. Look at the source. Who can believe this blog? [They won’t check to see that it originally came from McClatchy @ Bizarre tales, confusing ballots from Georgia’s primary contained in federal lawsuit]

And on and on it goes.

Habersham County’s Mud Creek precinct in northeastern Georgia had 276 registered voters ahead of the state’s primary elections in May.

But 670 ballots were cast, according to the Georgia secretary of state’s office, indicating a 243 percent turnout.

The discrepancy, included in a number of sworn statements and exhibits filed as part of a federal lawsuit against the state by election security activists, comes amid swelling public concern for the security of Georgia’s voting systems. Georgia is one of four states that uses voting machines statewide that produce no paper record for voters to verify, making them difficult to audit, experts say.

Just doesn’t say which way the voting went.

As McClatchy notes (but Gateway Pundit does not), the number of registered voters in the precinct was changed to 3,704 on the Georgia Sec. of State's website. The SoS is the Republican nominee for Governor in Georgia this year. I don't think he would let obvious chicanery slide.

There is a statement by Habersham County as to the error.

County election supervisor says "typo" misrepresented number of voters - Now Habersham

FYI, you've never seen whiter whites than in Habersham County, which went heavily for Trump in 2016.

Fairly accurate, by Gateway Pundit standards.
