One thing to note - I have only used sources in countries with CONSERVATIVE governments.

Also note - all of the countries involved conduct independent research.

And finally, it is YOU who advocate laws to control the emissions and the payment for those emissions of CO2, and as anyone with a brain knows (so why don't you?) it takes politics to pass laws.
