Why is socialism bad? The fact is that socialism survives on robbing one set of people and giving it to others. So, socialism is a divisive force. Plus it gives absolute and unchecked control to those who run it. Ethnic genocides have been conducted for the purpose of socialism. A European speciality.

This is quite true. I was thinking it is divisive too, because it gives access to government power on a selective basis, unlike free market competition. For example, in the US today, there are more government Hispanic influence than English speaking American. So, even the mild form of socialism as practiced in the US has already divided the country at least along linguistic lines.
