what so bad about socialism

, then we would end up like Canada, with 2 year waits for basic health services.

Chaoulli v. Quebec
The majority opinion stated: "The evidence in this case shows that delays in the public health care system are widespread, and that, in some serious cases, patients die as a result of waiting lists for public health care".

management always seems to come from Hostess?
dear why not ask if anyone as any idea what you are talking about? If no one does then you know you are wasting your time here that could be better spent learning English.

Do you understand??

I understand that socialism had to bailout capitalism in 1929;

too stupid by 100000%, if there had been capitalism in 1929 there would have been no crash. Capitalism is self-correcting.

Do you understand your ABC's now? You have learned this lesson 1000 times but lack the character to accept your pure liberal ignorance.

dear, where do you acquire and posses your silliness from? boom and bust cycles are part of Capitalism, not Socialism.

You are responding to a troll, likely educated in government schools. No, he doesn't understand anything you are saying. You might as well be teaching a dog quantum physics.

I'm distrustful of socialism because it's been tried many times, and has failed.

To some extent it helps, like when we think of our postal system, etc.

Please forgive me if I sound paranoid, but I feel socialism requires a powerful controlling government—moreso than the kind under capitalistic systems.

Now, I'm only a CNA/nursing student, and, honestly, I don't know much about economics and their models, but from the things I've read and studied, I feel as though a seed of doubt regarding socialism is somewhere in the back of my mind. If you feel you can persuade, and you know how to, I'd be willing to at least lend my ear, while giving you general respect.

ah...... Our postal system is horrific. They rarely ever turn a profit, and that's with tax payers paying the retirement and health care costs of their employees. We foot the bill for every single postal worker, and they still can't make a profit? Yet UPS, FedEx, DHL, none of those companies have any problems funding their own operations, and staying profitable, and not costing the tax payer a dime.

Two Million dollars for a Logo? No private company would pay $2 Million for a logo. But a public company funded by tax payers... no problem. Because they are not wasting their money. No CEO of the postal service lost their bonus at year end, because they blew $2 Million on a logo.

dear, the postal service is a govt soviet monopoly and so highly inefficient and stupid because there is no life and death competition day in and day out.

Do you understand?

yes, dear; it is called, management by objective, rain or shine.

dear, the postal service is a govt soviet liberal monopoly and so highly inefficient and stupid because there is no life and death capitalistic competition day in and day out.

130 times but you are too stupid as a typical liberal to learn.

boom and bust cycles are part of Capitalism,.
why does stupid liberal say that exactly when there was so little capitalism in 1929??
dear, socialism is usually a lagging indicator from less fettered capitalism; in other words, dear, the socialism of laws arises from failures of capitalism in any given market; but, especially in markets for human capital.

yes, dear; it is called, management by objective, rain or shine, not fight or flight; since that would require a division of labor from the military.

dear, capitalism is China arose from failure of 60 million human capital who died after failure to obtain food from socialism!! Capitalism in China eliminated 40% of the world's poverty in an instant!!

See why you are a typical stupid liberal now?
