It is a new cold war being waged globally, so unless we are ready to start dropping troops we need to treat it like a war and spend the billions, money is the one thing no other country can match us in, and start destroying their shit.

Also, this has been going on for two decades? At some point you have to take these sensitive databases offline and go back to transferring things manually.
