Have separate Spanish speaking US Army units, staffed by bilingual career officers and NCOs. Two years service and a Mexican citizen will be granted citizenship.

Mexican-Americans have whole walls full of Medals of Honor. These people beat two major powers of their time: Spain and France. They do have to prove they belong here, but they should not be allowed to prove they can take jobs from Americans, except in combat.
