According to this article, it seems he's keeping his word about making the House a more open body. He's also is turning down the monthly $2K speaker's allowance and hasn't yet said what he'll do with the extra $50K Speaker's pay hike. And yeah, he still sleeps in his office in the Longworth building.

But, most important, he's allowing a whole lot more debate on bills and is changing the way the House does business. He's being more inclusive and appears to be breaking up The Old Boys network.

The biggest question is whether he can shut down the crazies or if he is going to give in to them.

Since this slimeball was part of the group of congressmen who conspired with private citizens to obstruct anything that the new president Obama tried to do, I consider him to be on of the crazies. This was before Obama even took office and Ryan was employed by the taxpayers. Close to treason. Not that the republicans on this board think there was anything wrong with doing this cuz, "Bill Ayers, George Soros, Benghazzzziiiii".
