Oh, that's called "Trick Baby" and was given a limited release late in 1972 and into early 1973.

It's one of the edgiest blaxploitation movies of its era as it followed two African American who pulled off some pretty clever cons. The whole dynamic of it is that one of the men can pass for white and get away with much more than the black guy.

It's actually a pretty good movie.
