It is the sensitive thing of the body.Loosing skin,means that person does't take any type of the exercise due to which his body becomes loosing and skin not in favored of the concerning health,so exercise must be taken for the fitness of the body along with the skin.
 
Loosing skin is another term in dermatology perhaps. The skin is a senstive part of the body and made
up of different types cells. These are not long lasting. When they are dead they are removed itself
or explicitly by you.
This is loosing skin.
 
Skin is the most important part of our body because it protect inner body organs from any many diseases and out side environment. but it can do only if it is in proper healthy and suitable. Use fruits, vegetables, soups and other ingredients which have vitamins & minerals.
Also do some meaningful exercise work out which make body in a healthy manner.
