The basic sling tv package is $20 a month and gives you several cable channels including ESPN for sports. You can upgrade it to a sports package as well. I get enough from the locals over the antenna (much better picture over air) and ESPN through sling.

Nope, sling is an app. You can get it through about any media player or your PC.
