What leader, what government, what country is getting right?

I yearn for the days when all we had to worry about was the U.S. Government tracking down and capturing terrorists.

Now? Iran.. no problem.... Jews? Big problem. And then there's that whole "man caused disaster" mentality. This Obama regime is quite the bunch.

The point is show me a better leader, a better government, a better country than our Obama led government.

It is easy to say in a theoretical sense you can do a lot better.

Show us some real world examples.

I am taking from your response you cannot name any.

We are America. We are unique. We don't need to follow the example of others. We were founded to be a beacon - a unique, free society for others to emulate.... not to emulate others. Have you never read our history?

What a fucking dumbassed question.

Show me a country that gives you more freedoms, more gun rights, more opportunity, a better taxation system.

SHOW ME.

The US has leadership challenges most countries do not; over 300 million people, a very diverse population, the highest standard of living to maintain.

This perfect government you want could be realized easier in a smaller less diverse country.

Show me something close.

Give it up..

They will bitch about this country 24-7, complain about how bad it has gotten.

But are unable to name a single country or leader that they want to emulate

Shut me up.

Show me a real world example.

Show me a couple of examples.
America, during the Coolidge administration.

Though I don't expect that will stop you from playing your silly little game.

There are people talking revolution because Obama has turned our nation in a tyrannical, socialist government.

He has not. An Obama led US government balances freedom, opportunity and government better than any country in the world. And the US has some of the toughest leadership challenges of any country in the world.

If he was as bad as so many are saying you would be able to rattle off many countries that are doing a better job right now.
He is merely the one who is stomping on the throttle toward a tyrannical, socialist gubmint.

He isn't balancing jack squat...He's an authoritarian tyrant of the highest order, being abetted in congress by a bunch of useful idiot tyrants.

And I already gave one example, which you conveniently ignored because you're such a brain dead knee-jerk worshiper of the Boyking that you can't get your head out of your ass.

What's the point of this stupid thread?

I can name about 100 without taking a breath.

Americans reject Obama's Neo-National Socialists governance and frankly, I don't give a single solitary fuck about any other government anywhere on the planet.

Obama and the Dems are rewriting the Constitution and we're going to have to work for the next 30 years to undo the damage Dems have done.

I am hearing many who feel Obama is creating a socialist state, taking our rights away, basically creating a tyrannical government.

To those individuals I ask what real world leader, leading a real world government in a real country is better than a Obama led government in the USA.

I am guessing you will have several countries based on the total dissatifaction with Obama.

I think you may have missed this point. Americans left Europe more than 200 years ago to escape that form of government. Now we are trying to become just like them and America doesn't want a Socialist Democracy....we want a Republic!!!

Um, there were no socialists Democracies in Europe 200 years ago.

There were Monarchies. People left Europe to escape from rule by a super-wealthy dictatorial elite that owned everything.

Now, liberals are fighting to prevent the complete takeover of this country by a super-wealthy dictatorial elite that own everything.

Conservatives are fighting for a complete take over by a super-wealthy dictatorial elite that own everything.

Modern democratic government is the best mechanism to stop the take over by a super-wealthy dictatorial elite that own everything.

You have things a bit backwards.

Haven't heard so much pure unadulterated bunk in one place for quite some time now.

Democracy and one-party rule is the prime tool of socialists and other authoritarian tyrants ,who ARE the super-wealthy, you simp.

Wrong...any idiot can see that country's evolve and their government changes. You have your fricken head up your ass if you think "Conservatives are fighting for a complete take over by a super-wealthy dictatorial elite that own everything". That's NOT what our Constitution allows for...and it certainly doesn't allow Eurotrash socialism....as will be seen in the upcoming elections.

We're not the only democracy

we're not the only multiracial nation

we're not the only one with nukes

many of our civil laws are based on those we inherited from British common law

So The British Empire was a socialist nation?

And here I thought we were fighting against a king!

You'd better tell all the world's historians they got it wrong, pete.

Not a representative democracy like the U.S.

Or are you claiming that Bush is still the King?

Would you settle for an a la carte example? Bits from other nations:

Israel on self defense. Everyone knows Israel does not f**k around. They defend themselves fiercly, regardless of the political correctness. They are brutal at self defense. We should mimic that. And, in the past, we often have.

Borders? How about 2: Arizona and MEXICO. Arizona state government is heroic for what they just did. For a country? Try Mexico. They are fierce at defending their Southern border. Sometimes people can be killed by Mexican military for attempting to smuggle into Mexico from the South (ironic, isn't it?). We should mimic that, and secure our borders as fiercly as Mexico does it's Southern border.

Taxes? Well, last I hear we were about #10-15 on list of least taxed nations. But the big daddy socialist movement is widespread, so not sure who is better than us on taxes. But after 8 years of Obama are over, I'd say there will be 40-50 nations with lower tax rates.

Infrastructure? This is one area I'd say we are behind one. Our roadways and bridges are crippled. A few Euro nations have far better conditioned roadways. Of course, they drive less, and since we protect them they can use tax money on that rather than defense. If we could cut some of our welfare entitlement programs, more could go to roads.

Education? Pick one. China. Japan. England. South Korea. Our public, government run education system is a failure. It should be privatized immediately, and is a perfect example of why the government cannot do anything well except train men with guns to defend us.

And honestly, defense, borders, modest taxes and infrastructure are about the only government functions I really believe should exist.

If I were of the mindset of the Obama critics I would say Haiti.

We are talking minimal government.

If you do not want government interfering in your life, Haiti would be a great place to go.

At least they don't have any of those pesky government mandated building codes.

There are no examples of what America could or should be, idiot. Because there is no country like us on earth. How stupid can you be?

I have heard not one person speak of a 'perfect' government, just a Constitutional one - a limited one and.... an HONEST one. Is that too much to ask? That our nation function on its founding principles and not to emulate a bunch of no-mark nations in the EU?

I think you may have missed this point. Americans left Europe more than 200 years ago to escape that form of government. Now we are trying to become just like them and America doesn't want a Socialist Democracy....we want a Republic!!!

The American War for Independence was rebellion against a socialist nation? Or America today has a king?

So The British Empire was a socialist nation?

And here I thought we were fighting against a king!

You'd better tell all the world's historians they got it wrong, pete.

Yes...the British Empire was socialist in nature...all one has to do is look at what a monarchy is and then see the many parallels between the 2 forms of government. I may be guilty of a poor choice of words but my original post wasn't even close to deserving the neg rep that you sent me before I returned the favor. You don't like getting it back? Too fucking bad whiny ass crybaby.
