The only plan in place is to get reelected. Since their retirement and benefit package is sealed and delivered they just plain don't care, both sides are to blame. All during the Bush years we blamed Clinton, now Obama blames Bush, no hope and no change. The country elected a Sham and we are paying for it quite literally. Be smart when we vote this year we can't stand much more of this.
