What is the meaning of "militia" in the second amendment?

So can an "unorganized militia" have guns or does the government decide that?
Any unorganized militia must comply with the law of the land or have troops sent to snuff it out
That doesn't answer the question
you actually asked two questions

No, one question, two options, and you haven't answered it
Stating "Any unorganized militia must comply with the law of the land" means if the law permits it, unorganized militias can have guns.

If it is the law of the land that unorganized militias can have guns, the government would not be deciding whether they could or not. The government is charged with enforcing law. The government also enacts laws. It is their duty.

If there is a law that unorganized militias cannot have guns, the government would be forced into making sure the law is carried out.

Exactly, so you think the bill of rights gave people a right from government, and government decides who gets that right. So why give us the right in the first place?

The Bill of Rights listed some of the rights the former colonists thought they had. No one said the government gave anybody any rights. You appear to be very confused. It's as if you are getting messages that do not exist in responses to questions and statements you make.

The other problem is in your use of the English language. You appear to be attempting (and failing) to make statements with questions that predicate a canned response.

ex: "So can an "unorganized militia" have guns or does the government decide that?"

Only gun lovers don't understand that only well regulated militias of the United States may not be Infringed when keeping and bearing Arms for their State or the Union.
