A little while ago, Statisikhengst called me a sock. He was apparently too busy insulting me to do me the courtesy of defining it.

Will somebody please tell me what the heck it means to be called a "sock" here?

Thanks. I just wanted to know what it meant. I was able to figure out what some other nomenclature means through repetition, but sock was a new one on me.
