But as the article notes, without the crazy, there'd not be a Trump. LOL For all the positives in his record, he wouldn't have the record without the crazy.
What if Trump weren’t nuts?

"But the fantasy, Greenberg said, is just that. After winning in 2016 on racially charged themes, and needing to regularly reinforce his ties with his base in order to keep a skeptical conservative establishment at heel, Trump had no choice but to organize his presidency around divisive messaging."

That is, he was elected because of his crazy, but if not for the crazy he should be cruising with a 55% approval rating. LOL

Have you ever heard the phrase "crazy like a fox"?
In ther own way everyone that has ever achieved anything of note was considered crazy by the so called normal people who never really do anything themselves but follow and fit in.

Get over it. You lost in 2016 because Trump told voters what he would if elected and Hillary avoided the hard questions. Now all the indications are you will lose again next year. It's time to stop whining about Trump and start looking at what a train wreck the Democratic Party has become.

We're going to build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it. In reality, no new wall built and Mexico winning favorable terms in a trade deal.
We are going to build the fence, the same fence the Democrats voted to build in 2013, despite the Democrats' opposition to border security now that a Republican is in the WH, and the new trade deal with Mexico and Canada is more favorable to the US despite the fact that any winning for the US while a Republican is in the WH hurts the Democrats.

Mexico wants that deal more than we do. And the wall is stupid no matter who supports it. The ones who most want the wall are the ones most against doing things that would actually have an impact on illegal immigration.

lol The fence is the only thing that will have an impact on illegal immigration. The Democrats recognized this in 2013, Hillary lamented the Schumer bill that would have built the fence didn't pass in her 2015 book, Hard Choices, but suddenly the Democrats opposed their own plan once Trump embraced it.
