What if a Jewish baker refused to create a Hitler cake?

Oh please...Then why all the hullaballoo?
If its nothing, then...?...

Here is Indiana's PA law.

It is against the law for an individual to be denied access or to receive poor service or lesser quality accommodations because of his or her race, color, national origin, ancestrny, religion, sex, familial status (having children under 18) and disablility in any of the following:

ICRC Public Accommodation

Why the need for the new law at all? I think it was they wanted to feed their base but then got jumped by the opportunist on the other side.
It is a "Reaffirmation Act" in response to the debacles in Colorado and New Mexico.
In both cases the businesses were found to be owned by Christians and targeted for that reason only.
These reaffirmation laws prevent your side from targeting( discriminating against) certain business owners.

It changed nothing. The States of Co and NM brought cases against those businesses because the broke the law by discriminating. If Indiana were to add LGBT's to their protected persons then Indiana could very well do the same. Or if the law is modified on a national level (lol).

How about getting rid of those stupid laws on every level and letting people alone?

There were no "cases"....The baker in Colorado was fined an absurd almost unconscionable amount ($15K).
The photographer in New Mexico was put out of business by militant gay activists using bullying tactics not only against the photographer, but her customers as well.
From where do you get your information? The bullshit artists for stupid people manual?

e

You don't have unlimited rights to practice what you call religion.

You don't have the right to take away the Bill of Rights just to kiss the ass of your queer friends. You think you do like all authoritative Left Wingers but you don't.

If a baker can not refuse to bake a cake for a ss wedding based on their religious convictions, can a priest refuse to perform a ss wedding based on their religious convictions?

Yes because a church is not covered under applicable public accommodation laws.

Still waiting for an answer.

Do you see political affiliation on the list.
If some dumb-ass wants to thread that needle when refusing service to gays let them take it to court and let the coiurts decide.
What's there for a court to decide? According to you, political beliefs are not protected by anti-discrimination law.
Period.
The End.

Why do you refuse to stand by your position and agree that a a baker who refuses to serve people who support gay marriage does not violate laws against discrimination?

So are the RW are saying:
An orthrodox jew can refuse service to a woman because she didn't cover her hair... Lets say doctor in an emergency.

Obviously, a gay couple intending to get married support gay marriage and a baker in business selling wedding cakes certain states cannot refuse to make them a wedding cake. Does that help?

I've posted Indiana's law on protected groups. No political parties are listed. On the federal level political parties and not listed either.

Ugh.....Protected classes are not a matter of law. They are created by liberals and supported by liberal politicians.
