What I require and get from my church family

I don’t need my church to be right, I need it to be just.

I don’t need it to be pure, I need it to be honest.

I don’t need to hear how great it is, I need to hear how glorious Jesus is.

I don’t need it to be liberal – I need it to be loving and inclusive.

I don’t need it to give me all of the answers, it needs to hear my questions.

I don’t need its judgement, I need its acceptance.

And I certainly don't need to hear about Jesuit and Papal conspiracies: sheesh.

To the OP: quite a few Christian churches fully support Marriage Equality. Just two in the news this day are the Episcopal Church and the Disciples of Christ. The majority of Christian Americans would support ME by a small but growing majority.
