Imagine that...............doing the hiring via the Legal Way in the system under the Dept. of Labor rules........and doing the legal way with work Visa's............

So.........Now prove that they were hired for less than if these Visa's never existed. Thankyou for providing that his businesses are LEGALLY EMPLOYING IMMIGRANTS................as MOST DO NOT AT ALL.

Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) - Wage and Hour Division (WHD) - U.S. Department of Labor
Employment Law Guide - Worker Protections in Agriculture

    • Wages, supplies, and working arrangements: Each person employing agricultural workers must pay all wages owed when due. Farm labor contractors, agricultural employers, and associations are prohibited from requiring workers to purchase goods or services solely from such contractor, employer, or association, or any person acting as an agent for such a person. In addition, no farm labor contractor, agricultural employer, or association may violate the terms of the working arrangement without adequate justification.
Most farms hire illegals to do the work where they have NO RIGHTS AT ALL...............Under the act the Farmers are required to pay rates higher than those hiring illegals.............They are required to House them, Feed them, and provide transportation to and from work...........They must also pay a fee.....for the processing of the foreign workers.........THE LEGAL WAY............Not if they employee complains about the conditions they will call ICE and say deport this illegal............The Legal Way actually protects the foreign workers.........and forces the business hiring them to provide PER DIEM............

I'm in the construction industry too.............and I've watched bus loads of illegals coming in to work..........that has been going on for decades and still is happening...........In many fields the wages have dropped drastically as a result.

Agree that illegal's are taking many lower end jobs,
agree that targeting those that employ would help,
agree that law inforcement should target drug groups & criminals.
don't agree that most Mexicans are bad people, most are hard working & looking for a better life.

I don't agree there either....but recognize that there are a lot of bad apples coming across......Mainly from the drug Cartels........

It is a numbers game..........can't encourage more coming........There are 200 million more that would flood us if they thought they could leave their countries.......1/3rd of the population of Puerto Rico left when the opportunity to come here after the hurricane arose..........They didn't go back. They had paid transportation out....................Not that they are bad people..........but they gladly left that place..........Telling isn't it.

Under the Wet Feet Dry Feet rule............which is gone now. People from Cuba who made it here and set foot here were INSTANT CITIZENS.........They flooded Florida..........MANY DIED TRYING..............Why the population of South Florida around Miami is so high now.
