I assume that as admin you are the who owns the band width etc and set this all up? what does a moderator do?

Best way I can think of to describe manifold is ... remember the kid in class that everytime the teacher turned her back was firing off spitwads, paperclips, pulling ponytails, or if the teacher left the room would dance on desktops and stuff?
