What game was it?

It's part of a series. It's an oldish windows game where you're a new pilot on a spaceship fighting against a bunch of aliens. It's a pseudo-rpg/flight sim. One of the ships has 'swarmer missiles' and the cover of the game showed one of the ships (although I guess that doesn't narrow it down much). During the on-ship RPG elements, there were live-action clips with actual actors acting out the scenes (the bartender speaking, for instance)
