Why does the government REQUIRE me to purchase auto insurance, driver's license, business license, and pay tipping fees, pay for waste disposal, inspections, etc? A severe illness WILL cost more without health insurance.

Sun Credits on public beaches, pay for time on the beach.
Carbon Credits, pay for your carbon footprint on the planet.
Carbs Credits, pay for the carbs you eat above average/per day.
Gas Credits, pay for driving your car more than average/per day.

Not only that but they will initiate "sin taxes" on what the government deems to be "unhealthy" hence an unnecessary risk to your health.

When they do that it will allow government to regulate industry by controlling our spending habits, or revoking them entirely depending on what they the government deem healthy or unhealthy.

Theoretically they could walk up to a business and say "hey - your product is causing unnecessary health care costs - we're shutting you down" of course the anti-capitalist socialist progressives would totally back that idea....

This is just way more than a tax - this pretty much gives government the authority to regulate anything they want...
