We've been together so long, it's no big deal. We do our own thing often enough and that's just fine. I'd rather read and listen to music than watch TV. It works out well since he likes watching sports which I can get away with only half paying attention to.

Usually he's right over there -----> watching the sox. Tonight he's out with his friends.

I think of it just like reading the paper or reading a book when you're settled in at the end of the day. You're still home together. Every time an idea pops into my head I head straight to the google! And he hates using the computer and is always asking me to look stuff up for him too.

I'm very rarely on the computer when he's home and awake. He works nights so after he leaves for work or before he gets home in the morning is when you'll usually find me posting here. Other than looking things up for him or working I don't spend much time online when he's home. We're taking my first ride as a passenger on the bike since my surgery this weekend so I doubt I'll be here much at all between now and Sunday night. I see some pain and discomfort in my weekend and a lot of time on the couch after the ride. lol lol
