And, the FCC tells the broadcasters how much they have to pay for a broadcast license.

You can't mandate that a candidate be given free airtime.

You see, airtime cost money for a reason. It's because people work their asses off putting shows on television, selling advertising for shows, etc. You can't force people to work for politicians free of charge. Slavery is unconstitutional.

Not to mention forcing people to freely advertise for candidates they don't like goes against their first amendment rights.

Because you can't force a private corporation to give away anything for free. That is not the way our government was set up.

Following your "logic", we wouldn't need Obamacare at all. The government could tell all doctors and hospitals to care for people for free, or they don't get the business licenses they pay for.

Taking your "logic" one step farther, the military would never have to buy another plane, because they could simply tell the airline manufacturers that they have to provide them for free, or not get a license to build passenger planes.

And I'll even go one farther. How do you think it would go over if the government told grocery stores that they had to give away free food to the poor in order to get a license? Do you really think they would go for that?
