I'm not feeling so hot tonght. I'm a mess and just want to crawl under the bed and die. I know every thing will be ok in the end, it's just so hard ya know? I feel like I'm falling in slow motion and can't stop myself.

You shouldn't feel down, you should feel elated: you're free... FREE.

Go shopping and buy something for yourself that you want and be happy that it is what you really wanted. Then, enjoy it. Cook yourself a nice dinner and think all the while about what lies ahead with your newfound freedom.

I actually knew someone who's boyfriend dumped her before her birthday and again before christmas so he could avoid giving her gifts.

Sorry to hear the sad news, i don't know if you're a gym rat or not ? If it were me i'd hit the gym hard, you always feel a little better about yourself after a good workout imo. Then watch whatever you think are the funniest movies and/or shows of all. Get some good laughter going to keep your mind off it.
