What determines for a post being labeled "Old"?

    My last two posts have been labeled "old", immediately. Seems illogical on its face but I wonder if there is a legitimate reason for such a decision.
    My concern is, someone with the authority to make such a decision is doing so on content to which they may not agree.

    it has
    a) to be read by you (cookie set by your browser)
    and
    b) fall below a threshold post-count wise.

    so if you post a new thread, read it yourself, it is immediatley labeled "old".

    at least that is what i observe.
