What Caused the Hurricane Maria Deaths in Puerto Rico?

The number was derived by averaging deaths over 6 months in PR and then subtracting that from the total number of people who actually died in the 6 months following Maria.

There was an article accusing Trump of lying about the number of deaths in PR in our local newspaper today.

If Trump is lying, where is the list of all of those Puerto Ricans who died as a result of the hurricane by name, date, and cause of death?
