Have to layover in Santa Rosa today. Was going to run the Texas panhandle but not in 70 mph wind gusts! Rv is too high profile.
These things happen for a reason. Looks like I'll get to see the 'Kid's' grave anyways as the wife and I will mosey down to Ft. Sumner for something to do.

Arrived in Elk City, Oklahoma yesterday. Real nice town with real nice people. Gas prices agreeable from New Mexico to here; averaging between $3.55/gal. to $3.63/gal. for unleaded.
