What are your favorite series with short lives?

dblack's Firefly thread just made me think of this.


I got very invested in Profit. Felt awful when it disappeared after 8 episodes.

I also liked Moloney. I think I might have been its one fan.

I discovered Invasion after it was long over. So I already knew better than to get too invested in it. And I don't know if I would have been a fan the first run. I don't easily get into hour dramas when you need to keep up with the storyline from week to week. But when I saw it on DVD recently ... well, is it really too late for a 2nd season? lol

To me the following shows should have lasted longer.

1.) Two of A Kind (Mary-Kate & Ashley's Full House follow up)
2.) So Little Time (Their Third Sitcom)
3.) Working Class (an original sitcom on the CMT network)
4.) Runaway (Only 3 installments were shown on the CW network)

I don't know if 2 seasons is considered a short life, but I loved the show Homefront.
