MY girlfriend still puts up with me. My sons are all grown up, self sufficient and sane. I love my work. Basically, I got really, really lucky.

I'm grateful for many things. My wife, my sons, our extended family and this great country whose land provides us with the bounty needed to sustain life and whose people see misery and hope to mitigate it. Life to too short to allow misery to creep into ones soul or community. We are all in this together, lest we forget.

Happy holidays to all, enjoy family, food and football all in the proper order.

I am grateful for my new career/business, which will soon allow me to support myself anywhere in the world and never again to endure a boss. I still have many struggles before me, but the sun is rising.
