What actual things has President Obama done that make him a bad leader?

They deny it but quite literally what Obama did was get elected as a half black man. They claim, as they do in all things they are personally guilty of, that Obama is a racist.

Yes he has helped in exposing a persistent racism in our country by just being half black. This racism is not blamed on the racists. Oddly enough it is blamed back on Obama for bringing the racist out in folks that otherwise can keep their racism hidden. It was easy for much of our society to claim they were not racist because they were never tested on it. I believe it is part of the fuel that fires the vitriol behind the RWer's HATE campaign against the left. It has indeed split the country along racial lines which were already in place.

In a sort of back handed fairness there is in fact much about the black community to hate from a white person's perspective. The crime. The drugs. The loud angry black man. The foolish crazy screaming black woman. The bullshit. These things are real and many white people justifiably find them offensive if not dangerous to a civil society.

Obama is not the average person of color. He has none of the awful attributes many of the whites are reluctant to accept as to what being a decent person means. Well, they don't have to in Obama.

I'm not a "lefty" but I do hold the office highly. I get called an "evil liberal" frequently by the knuckle dragging mouth breathers that frequent this message board.

Even this fair and even handed approach to the perception of Obama will draw deep hurt and criticism to surface of some white people. I believe it the truth.

Yep. Lowest unemployment in more than 7 years and, though I lost money with the Bush crash, thanks to Obama, I've gained it back. I would still be further ahead if W had not crashed our economy but, thanks to President Obama, know I will live the rest of my life in financial security.

He's killed more terrorists than any other prez, including bin Laden, who, as we know, W protected and said he wasn't interested in even looking for. Obama saved the American auto industry, cut the deficit by more than 2/3rds. He gave tax cuts to the middle class and make it possible for millions to keep their homes. He has made it possible for millions to have affordable health insurance. We're currently the strongest economy in the world but when he took office, we were collapse, which would have taken the rest of the world down as well.

He is respected around the world - except by American traitors who side against their own country.

Here is a list of 291 of President Obama’s accomplishments as President. Every one of them has a citation, so no one can dismiss them as lies.

Obama has exacerbated strained racial division. He has undermined every sacrifice made in Iraq by removing our presence there prematurely. He has emboldened and exacerbated the muslime terror threat. He has endorsed unstructured families.
He has run our economy into the ground with his energy policy by denying fossil fuel extraction and reimposing fossil fuel extraction restrictions.
This is easily the worst administration in my 60 years.

My 2 cents on three topics...

Health care: Obama should have told Nancy P to shove The ACA where the sun don't shine and come back with a public option like he asked for.

Syria: Stating that the use of chemical weapons was a red line in the sand and then doing nothing when it was crossed was foolish.

Taxes: He's trying to take tax breaks from the interests which now have them and give them to interests which don't instead of pushing for a fair and simple code with few exemptions from minimal percentages.


I believe history will judge him well but not great.
