But those who have been following the news that the mainstream media rarely reports, or barely mentions if they do report, the WH has already put us on notice that if Congress won't do what it wants, His Arrogance intends to get it done with executive orders, end runs, regulation, and other smoke and mirrors. Never mind that the Founders intended there be no taxation without representation. When you are the Messiah, you don't have to follow the intent. Or apparently even the rules.
