We've Had The Neocon/Progressives & Socialist/Progressives. Can Things Change?

It is pretty heartbreaking watching the people who screeched opposition to everything the previous administration did, turn around and do all the same exact things as soon as they got power. Remember when they just hated that Offshore Drilling & Raising Debt Limit stuff? My God,go back and watch the pompous and arrogant speeches this President and various Democrats gave in opposition to those things. What a scam.

So you have NO specifics and only offer more of your usual vague generalities?? Typical.

Posting a nonresponsive post to bump your thread does nothing to further your argument but it does make you look desperate. LOL

There are many videos out there showing this President and various Democrats screeching away about their vehement opposition to things like Offshore oil drilling,Raising the Debt Limit, and Recess Appointments. That's just to name a few. Try YouTube. Happy Hunting. :)

LOL like I said you made the claims but can't prove them and wish to send me hunting. I am sorry but substantiating your argument is your burden. If you can't prove it that's all that needs to be said.
So continue your baseless rants, you only make yourself look foolish. LOL

So this President and Democrats didn't vehemently oppose Offshore oil drilling,Raising Debt Limits,or Recess Appointments? Mind you,i'm being kind only mentioning a few issues. The Hopey Changeys are not being honest in my opinion. What a shame.

Actually, you previously brought up many issues while offering ZERO proof and these few are the only that you think you can spin a semi real argument about, so don't even pretend that you running away from your many topics to try and focus on only the few that you think you can spin is doing me any favors. LOL

Furthermore, you have failed to substantiate your arguments despite being asked to do so repeatedly have no room to talk about honesty. LOL

Time for the Constitution to make a comeback. It really can happen. It can start this year. Give the boot to the Neocon-Socialist/Progressives once and for all. The time is now. Make it happen America.

The tactic of calling Neo-cons "Progressives" or "Liberals" is an attempt of the "Switch-a-roo"

You see, conservatives found Bush and Republicans repulsive. Yet they can never admit that to their liberals friends. That is breaking the Conservative commandment "Thou shall never admit wrong to a liberal, because liberals are arrogant bastards!" So they have to call Bush and the 2000 conservatives "Progressives" or "Liberals".

Of course, they are planning to marinate the public with this false propagnda so whenever a republican says "What about those Libs?" non-libs will think of "Liberal" Bush while libs will become angry. Since there are so many deluded people in our society, this tactic has about a 20% chance of working. If the republican can stop Democrats from blaming Bush, the chances jump up to 80%.

There is no such thing as a neocon/progressive. and there is no 'socialist progressive rule'.

nice try... maybe someone will even believe there was a 'progressive' who voted for bush. i don't think so, though.

Obviously i disagree with you on this. I don't see any real difference between a Neocon/Progressive and a Socialist/Progressive. They're both the same entity as far as i'm concerned. Their policies are almost identical in the end. They really do have much more in common than either would ever like to admit. Personally i would like to see some real change. I hope this happens soon.

I can remember your defending the Bush administration as good god-fearing conservatives (among other things) on the MSNBC message boards. Why the change now?

In other words, you're making it up as you go along and don't care what terms you assign to things so long as you try to paint everything negative, including the bush disaster, as progressive.

i think you need to reassess. i'd also point out that the current admin has don't nothing but tick off progressives, so you might want to even re-think that one.

On SSM and the public option, they're disappointed, but where else?

I think Dennis Prager has it right. The battle lines are now drawn and the opposing sides are most accurately called Social Democrats and Conservatives. Everybody else is just rounding out the field.

George Bush was as Conservative as this current President is. People are only deluding themselves if they think there are big differences between the two. They really do agree on much more than they disagree on. Neocon? Socialist? They're the same entity in my opinion. The only thing anyone with common sense knows for sure is that they both aren't Conservatives. Change? I don't see any real change. Real change could begin to happen this year though. I really do hope so anyway.

So are you admitting that you were delusional back when you were supporting and defending W?? LOL

George Bush was as Conservative as this current President is. Do i need to say any more? Neocons and Socialists are the same thing in the end. They both take you to the same place. It's time for real change. Give the boot to the Neocons and Socialists.

Obviously you are the very difinition of partisan hack, too. Tough shit, though, because the neocons belong on the right side of the aisle and efforts so far to change that perception aren't working.

:D

I disagree. I think things are changing. Most Republicans are now rising up against the Neocons in the party. Hopefully most will be convinced to switch parties and follow Arlen Specter. So today they are our problem but hopefully they'll be your problem tomorrow. Your perception is just different than mine. That doesn't mean i'm wrong though.

Are you seriously suggesting Arlen Specter is a neocon?????

Oh look, an entire thread devoted to the far-right's obsessive paranoia that everyone in the world is a far-left socialist except for them.

Good stuff. :lol::lol::lol::lol:
