4) End corn ethanol and petroleum subsidies, among others

4) Reduce foreign aid until we can afford to send wealth out of the nation

5) STOP STARTING FUCKING WARS

Yep lots of it has been consumed by the Military Industrial complex.
The health industry.
Food retailers.
