Sad to hear. I saw him at West Point once. He seemed pretty cool.

God bless his family - this country is fortunate to have men like him..

Westmoreland was a pretty controversial figure. Never met him, but I am always saddened by the demise of a vet, particularly in today's society where there are fewer and fewer willing to fight to protect this country.
