I gotta tell you - one time, we went to the dog park (my best friend and my fur niece, and me). We were chatting with three other women, and a guy comes up with a BIG german shepherd, wheeling a baby carriage with a newborn in it. All five of us went "OH, what a pretty doggie!!!!!" and then started laughing because HELLO! newborn usually trumps canine. But it was a dog park, so I guess ya can see where our hearts were.
