It was in 2003 even before the 2008 crash from predatory lending and the subsequent rules changes. Of course those rule changes are about to bite the duct under Mnuchin and Trump... so that banks like Wells Fargo can go back to their dirty deeds.

It's not the bank's fault, the government forced them to do it.

The government did not force them to use creative accounting, cheat people, use predatory lending tactics, and make up bogus settlement sheets. They did that all on their own and their CEO's paid themselves extremely good for all their fraud and have yet to pay the price for what they have done.

I was being sarcastic. Of course the capitalist is nothing more than a common criminal. No different than all those that had a hand in creating the global financial crisis of '08.
