Well, the terrorists did enter the country. Roamed freely. Rented apartments. Enrolled in flight school. Learned to fly. Accepted monetary wire transfers. Did surveillence. And finalized the attack plans, all on William Jethro's watch so, you got it about right!Yeah, the Cheney/Bush team did a fine job keeping us safe.
