Several companies in South Korea are offering a unique way for parents to remember their kids as babies: Gold-plate their disposed umbilical cords for about US$76 - $96. Executive Suk Tae-Jin of the company Agamo says, "The company got the idea from mothers just storing umbilical cords and navels in an album or what-not."
