WASHINGTON (CBSNewYork) — Congressman Anthony Weiner said Thursday he’s finished talking about the lewd photo sent from his Twitter account.

But he still wouldn’t say whether he’s the one in the picture.

So CBS 2 political reporter Marcia Kramer decided to go to his office on Capitol Hill to try to get you some answers.

You’ll never believe what happened.

Kramer tried to get an interview with the six-term New York Democrat and as a result had the cops called on her.

I am still unconvinced that he sent the picture himself as the person that "broke" the story alluded to a coming sex scandal involving Weiner a couple of weeks before it happened.

The interesting thing is that he won't file a complaint so that the incredible law-enforcement arm of the federal government can investigate. Instead he hired a security firm to investigate the alleged hacking of his Twitter account. The only reason I can think of is that he wants to control the investigation and if the feds took over they might find more than he barganed for.
