Weapons of mass destruction assault rifles are rapid-firing, magazine-fed automatic rifles designed for infantry use to kill masses of people and not herds of deer and not flocks of geese.
What is the definition of “arms” when the Second Amendment was signed in December 15, 1791? Did they have in mind assault rifles, hand grenades, missiles, nuclear weapons, knife, dromes, hammer, chemicals, vehicles, etc.
Does the second amendment apply to every one? Then Iran has the right possess nuclear weapons to protect it’s citizens from threats from Israel and the U.S.A. and other threats?
What does right to bear arms mean? Does “right to bear arms” have to be a gun? I have a bat by my bedside.
This would be the only reason I would need to carry a gun.
