Wealthy - not paying their share??

Hmm...this is said alot these days - even out President says wealthy are not paying their share.

Fact - the top 5% of wage earners pay 58% of all income taxes..ALL...income taxes.
Fact - the bottom 55% pay NO income tax...and 90% of those get back MORE than they paid in.

So...what do you think is "fair share"??

All income earned by the top earners should be direct deposited into a government account and uncle will then return a stipend for them to live off of. That's fair and will solve many problems.

Flat tax everybody over the poverty line. No deductions, no tax breaks, no loopholes. Same for corps.
