China has divested $1 Trillion in US Treasuries, PIMCO divested all of their US Treasuries, S&P and Moody have issued credit warning because of Obama crack addict like spending habits.

A. lying us into a war for nonexistent WMDs which has led to 4,469 dead Americans (4,330 killed AFTER major combat operation "ended" under Bush's "Mission Accomplished" banner which was little more than a Rove PR stunt meant for Bush's reelection campain) and 33,000 wounded Americans all for a lie, and

B. completely botching the federal response to Katrina because he appointed incompetent party hacks to federal jobs that were never meant to be patronage jobs (like some ambassadorships), and because he just didn't care enough to know about any details of any preparations that were supposedly made. I guess that should have been apparent as he spent his time in CA playing a guitar while people in NO were drowning. Yeah, the Katrina disaster made clear that the billions spent on homeland security was a joke since his own administration couldn't even secure an American city for four friggin' days after a natural disaster that everyone saw coming on satellite radar images.

C. Then, of course, there was Bush's spending spree, and the fact that he didn't pay for his wars (which weren't even counted in the budget because the spending was always passed with supplementals), and the fact that the economy tanked under his watch. But what would one expect of a Bush administration FEC that couldn't even stop Maddof when they were repeatedly warned about his scam?

If Congress does not act to raise the debt ceiling, thereby jeopardizing America's credit and credit worthiness, it would be in violation of Sec 4 of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution.
