    Since 2008, the EU has had thousands of soldiers, judges and prosecutors in Kosovo to help it become a Western-style constitutional democracy. But a German police officer with years of experience there says it is still dominated by corruption, clan loyalties and drugs -- with officials just waiting for the high-minded reformers to leave.

    1. Why do you think the dismemberment of Serbia had anything to do with "helping Kosovo to become a Western-style constitutional democracy"?

    2. Who gave US + Western European countries the right to decide how other countries should be governed? Is it democratic?

    3. If US + Western European countries are so hot on democracy, why they haven't got it within their own borders?

    4. What is "democracy"?

    5. Why US and UK banned war crimes prosecutor Carla Del Ponte from going public with her findings on Kosovo leadership involvement in human trafficking and organ harvesting back in 1999?
