We Don't Need No Flaming Whirlybird Fans

How much to you suggest we charge PGE for many of the fires their power lines started last year in California? And, given that you suggest industry pay for the problems it causes, then I am sure you support a tax on the CO2 and CH4 that industry puts into the atmosphere and creates warmer conditions that causes drier conditions that make it much easier for fires to start and sustain themselves.

So you think electricity from whirlybird fans magically appears in homes without the use of wires?

Why does California have flex alerts?

They are held responsible. That is why they carry insurance.

f--king moron...

Oh, you mean the operators of the wind farms carry no insurance? LOL, you two room temperature IQ's are a hoot. In the meantime, more and more windmills are being built as we post, and coal fired plants are being shut down and deconstructed.

Federally subsidized windmills started fires that burn out of control because the feds have deliberately created a huge fire load...and then refuse to put out fires when they start.

Those fires are the USFS's bread and butter.

Now Kosher, you are off your meds again.

There are many causes of fires in the West. Lightning is one of the primary ones, cars are another cause, as are arsonists. Even farmers tractors cause fires. A loggers cable rubbing a stump cause the Tillimook Burn, a huge conflagation here in Oregon. Fuel load is a problem. But until they separate the fire budget from the operating budget, the fire budget will eat up the operating budget, leaving the Forest Service with little money for the needed thinning. As for your accusations, anyone that reads many of your posts realizes that you are a few bricks shy.

USFS is going down.

Thank goodness.

It operates as a racket. They create the fire load, then insist they need more money to combat the fires.
