The only way you get a 4 million dollar settlement (as in the anthrax case) is if you can PROVE in a Court of Law that the actions the prosecutors took were both illegal, and KNOWN. There's this little thing called "prosecutorial immunity". Look it up if you need help understanding how difficult it is to get a ruling against a prosecutor.
Uhhh, not me, cupcake. The COURT that awarded the 101 million, and the other COURT that awarded 4.6 million, THEY convicted the asshats. If they hadn't, there would have been no settlement. For a person who claims to be a "thinker" you are really clueless.
By the COURT granting the settlement they acknowledged that mueller and co. broke the law. If they hadn't there would have been no settlement.
