Conservatives scoff at the idea of workers having a seat on the board, but it's done in other countries. It's only one vote, but it's a voice for the workers at the highest levels, because every since Reagan tooks on the unions, the workers have had no say in workplace safety, vacations or family leave, maternity leave, wages, relocations and other issues which affect the lives of the people who are generating all of the income that you people depend upon.
